At Pediatric Services 360, we believe excellent care begins with a strong partnership between families and our team. When our philosophies align, we can work together in trust, respect, and collaboration to give your child the very best.

Our practice is built on values that guide everything we do:

  • Vaccines

At Pediatric Services 360, we believe vaccines are one of the most effective tools in saving lives, preventing serious illness and protecting children’s long-term health. Our recommendations are grounded in evidence-based medicine, supported by decades of scientific research, safety monitoring, and ongoing clinical review.

Vaccines are thoughtfully discussed during each well child appointment, with time for questions and informed decision-making. Our providers continuously review up-to-date research and safety data to ensure recommendations reflect the highest standards of science and patient safety.

Your child’s well-being always comes first. We carefully assess each child at the time of the visit and will never recommend a vaccination if your child is ill. We are committed to respectful, open conversations and partnering with families to make informed choices that support both individual and community health.

  • Antibiotics

At Pediatric Services 360, we work hard to prevent the overuse of antibiotics. Our providers follow evidence-based guidelines and take time to educate families about when antibiotics are truly needed. For example, a green nasal drainage does not always mean an antibiotic is the best choice.

Because your child’s safety is our priority, we do not routinely prescribe antibiotics over the phone. Instead, we carefully evaluate each child and prescribe antibiotics only when we believe it is the most appropriate treatment.

When prescribing antibiotics, we often recommend the use of probiotics to help support and protect healthy gut flora. Maintaining balance in the gastrointestinal system may help reduce common side effects such as diarrhea and support overall digestive health during and after antibiotic treatment.

  • Medical Home

At Pediatric Services 360, we work hard to provide comprehensive pediatric care and serve as your child’s trusted medical home. We ask that families contact our office first before seeking specialty care or visiting urgent care. This allows us to either provide care directly or guide you to the most appropriate specialist while coordinating every step of your child’s care.

If your child does see a specialist, please request that their report be sent to our office. Keeping your child’s medical record complete and up to date helps us provide the safest, most effective care.

  • Technology

At Pediatric Services 360, we use technology to make your family’s experience efficient and connected. We take pride in our EHR system—consistently top-rated in the KLAS Research ambulatory EHR rankings year after year—to ensure efficient documentation, seamless communication, and coordinated, high-quality care for every patient. Families are encouraged to use our website and patient portal to manage care and stay informed.

We also use technology for patient questionnaires, which makes visits smoother and more thorough. After each appointment, your child’s visit summary is delivered directly to the patient portal, keeping important information organized and easy to access.

  • Office Hours

At Pediatric Services 360, we make every effort to meet the needs of our patients by offering both routine well visits and same-day sick visit appointments. We schedule appointments as early as 7:15 several days week and offer evening previously scheduled and same-day appointments. While we do not accept walk-in visits, we reserve appointment slots each day so that children who become ill can be seen promptly.

To ensure the most efficient care, we recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment and reviewing our office hours.

  • After Hours

At Pediatric Services 360, your child’s health is our priority—day and night. We have a provider on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If your child has an urgent medical concern outside of office hours, call our main number and you will be connected with the on-call provider for guidance.

You may wish to check the "Is Your Child Sick?" section of our website for helpful information before using this service. Read more about After Hours care.

  • Insurance

To help your visit go smoothly, please be sure that Pediatric Services 360 participates with your insurance plan before your appointment.

Because coverage varies by policy, families are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits. Please bring your insurance card to each visit.Be prepared to pay any required copays, co-insurance and monies toward deductibles at the time of service, whether the child is brought by the parent or another caregiver.

Our billing team is happy to help with general insurance questions, but for specific coverage details, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly. While we always aim to prevent surprises, we are required to bill insurance plans according to federal guidelines and the services provided.

Please read our Insurance Policy for more information regarding insurance.

  • Billing

At Pediatric Services 360, all insurance co-pays, co-insurance or monies toward deductibles are due at the time of service. If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, please contact our billing department before your visit to discuss options.

By addressing payment needs in advance, we can keep your child’s care running smoothly and avoid unnecessary stress during appointments. Our billing team is always here to help families navigate insurance and payment questions with understanding and integrity.

  • Scheduled Appointments

At Pediatric Services 360, all visits require a scheduled appointment to ensure each patient receives dedicated time and thoughtful, uninterrupted care. While we are not currently structured for traditional walk-in visits, families are encouraged to call the office for urgent needs so we can determine the best same-day available option.

As we continue evaluating our patients’ needs and practice capacity, we may consider introducing limited walk-in availability during select morning or evening time blocks in the future. If you believe walk-in hours would be helpful for your family, please let us know through the patient portal or by calling our office—your feedback helps guide how we grow and serve our community.

    • Sick Visits: Call our office to speak with our triage staff, who will schedule the right type of appointment. We also reserve same-day appointment slots for sick children, so please call us when your child is ill and we’ll do our best to see them promptly.

    • Well Visits: Routine well-child visits are designed to focus on preventive care, growth and development monitoring, and simple, low-complexity concerns within a scheduled time frame. If moderate- to high-complexity medical issues are  come up and are addressed that require additional evaluation, diagnosis, or management beyond preventive services, a separate problem-focused visit will  be billed with an applicable copay or coinsurance  in accordance with your insurance guidelines, or—when appropriate due to time constraints—those concerns may be scheduled for a near-future visit to ensure they receive the time and attention they deserve.

    • New Problem Evaluations & Medical Follow up visits: We offer comprehensive follow-up and evaluation visits to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and address any new concerns. Our goal is to ensure every child receives thoughtful, continuous care tailored to their evolving needs.

    • Behavioral and Mental Health Follow up Visits: Scheduled follow-up appointments are required for refills to support safe prescribing and proper oversight. If a last-minute refill need arises, please contact our office and communicate your situation—when appropriate, a same-day appointment may be offered or a short-term refill provided until a follow-up visit can be completed in the near future.

    • Telehealth/Virtual Visits: We offer convenient telehealth virtual visits, allowing families to connect with our providers from the comfort of home for appropriate concerns such as medication follow-ups, behavioral health visits, and select sick evaluations. Our secure platform ensures personalized, high-quality care while saving you time and minimizing disruptions to your family’s schedule.

    • Medication Refills: We make every effort to review and renew routine medications during  preventive visits whenever possible. For unforeseen requests of maintenance therapies, refill requests can be submitted conveniently through the patient portal. Patients with ongoing or chronic conditions require periodic follow-up visits to ensure safe and appropriate monitoring.

    • Oral Food Challenge Appointments: Oral food challenges are scheduled, medically supervised visits designed to safely evaluate whether a child has outgrown or truly has a suspected food allergy. These appointments are conducted in a controlled setting with careful monitoring before, during, and after food exposure to ensure your child’s safety.   Because these visits require extended time and preparation, they must be scheduled in advance and  after a provider has reviewed the child’s history and, when appropriate, completed allergy testing (such as skin testing or blood work) to determine whether a supervised food challenge is safe and indicated at our office. Our team provides detailed instructions prior to the appointment to ensure the safest and most accurate results possible.
  • Timeliness & Missed Appointments

At Pediatric Services 360, we are continuously working to improve efficiency and make every effort to stay on schedule. Timely care depends on patients arriving as scheduled and communicating their medical needs clearly and in advance whenever possible. To help appointments run smoothly for all families, we ask that you review the following guidelines:

    Cancellations & No-Shows:

Please provide at least 24 business hours’ notice for cancellations (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). Missed or late-canceled appointments may result in a $60 fee per appointment, though exceptions may be made in special circumstances. Please keep us informed.

    Late Arrivals:

If you are unable to arrive on time, your child’s appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure we remain respectful of other patients’ scheduled time.

Adding New Concerns to Scheduled Visits:

Problem-focused visits are scheduled to address specific concerns identified at the time of booking. If additional or new issues arise that require extended evaluation or increased complexity, they may need to be scheduled for a separate visit to ensure appropriate time, attention, and quality of care.

These guidelines allow us to respect every family’s time while continuing to provide efficient, high-quality care.
