With more than 15 years of experience in the medical field and hospitality industry, Mimi has been a trusted member of the Pediatric Services 360 team  since 2022. As Spanish Liaison and New Patient Coordinator, she helps families feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction with our office. Her fluency in Spanish allows her to bridge communication and provide comfort to families, ensuring every parent feels heard and understood.

Mimi is known for her compassionate approach and her dedication to making the new patient process smooth and reassuring. Families value her ability to create a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the heart of Pediatric Services 360.

Outside of work, Mimi enjoys focusing spending time with her husband of more than 25 years, and cherishing moments with their two grown children.
