Michelle brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, including the last 12 years devoted to families at Pediatric Services 360. As our Lead Receptionist and Referral Coordinator, she plays a key role in thoughtfully guiding families through referrals and helping them connect with the specialists and resources their children need.

Families appreciate Michelle’s warm, welcoming presence and her commitment to making each step feel smooth and reassuring. She finds great joy in watching children grow over the years and building lasting relationships with the families she serves.

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys time with her husband of more than 25 years and their three grown children. She loves being outdoors and staying active, embracing a healthy lifestyle whenever she can.
