Kris brings more than 25 years of experience in medical billing, including the last decade serving the families of Pediatric Services 360. As our Billing, Insurance & Systems Coordinator, she works closely with parents to make insurance and billing clear, manageable, and stress-free.

She also led the implementation of our exceptional pediatric electronic health record system, thoughtfully helping create a seamless, secure platform that keeps families connected and informed. Kris loves combining organization, technology, and heart to support both our team and the community we serve.

Outside the office, Kris is a proud mom to D, a senior at The Villages Charter School and Paige, a TVCS alumna. She has volunteered thousands of hours at The Villages Charter School over the past 20 years, reflecting her deep commitment to local families. She enjoys spending time with her husband of more than 25 years, cheering on Orlando City Soccer and the Seminoles, and being outdoors whenever she can.
