Amanda Russ is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in Acute Care. As a trusted provider at Pediatric Services 360, she partners with Dr. Normarie Albino to deliver compassionate, family-centered care for children and teens in The Villages, Sumterville, and surrounding communities.

Amanda’s nursing journey began at Brigham Young University, where she graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in Marriage and Human Development. Over the next 20 years, she gained extensive experience as a pediatric nurse in hospitals, including UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital, and AdventHealth Waterman. In 2020, while completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of Florida, she joined Pediatric Services 360 as a nurse. After becoming a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2021, she transitioned into her current provider role.

Families appreciate Dr. Amanda’s approachable style, attentive listening, and dedication to helping children grow and thrive. She believes in building lasting relationships with both children and parents, always placing trust, compassion, and collaboration at the heart of every visit.

Outside of the office, Amanda has been married to her husband for over two decades, and together they are the proud parents of  one daugher and three sons. Three are now adults, including one alumnus of The Villages Charter School who is currently serving as a missionary. Their youngest is a senior at VCS. Their boys have been active in football, wrestling, and other athletics, keeping the family busy and engaged. They are also active members of their church, where faith and service remain central to their lives.
